We have a minimum order requirement for AED 50 per order
Between pickup and drop off we service your items in a 30 hour time period. If you are looking for same day or next day express service, within 12 hours there is a convenience charge for your items to be cleaned and returned in a short duration.
For items required within 12 hours, we charge a 100% premium.
Enter the quantity of each item ordered and the service required for it. Then either prepay by credit card or select the cash on delivery option and submit your order
Our experienced dry cleaners use a range of products to remove different types of stains. While most stains can be removed, there will always be some which may not go. We do our best to remove the stains, while also ensuring the highest care of your fabrics

If you wish to add or remove some items from your order, we will update the items on your order number once we receive them at our service center. Once the items are updated you will be able to view the changes on your order, by selecting the order number.
Each customer's order is washed / dry cleaned separately at our own facility by our highly experienced cleaners.
If you are not available to handover or receive your items, kindly inform us by mentioning in the comments when placing your order and we can pickup or leave the items at your reception or outside the door of your residence.
For any issues or complaints, you have to email or call us within 48 hours of receiving your items back. Any concerns beyond 48 hours will not be acknowledged.
On any claims which are approved by us, our maximum compensation is upto seven times the value of the service on the item. All decisions will be based at the discretion of our management.
We do our best to guarantee client satisfaction. If we feel any client concerns are genuine and the complaint is appropriate to the service that was selected, we will offer you the same service on the items at no additional cost. However, this decision is up to the discretion of the management
Damages related to normal wear and tear are not covered under our compensation policy. This includes thinning of fabric, colour fading, shrinkage from repeated laundering, small holes or tears, discoloration caused by hygiene or beauty products. We also do not cover damages caused by selecting the wrong service or prior stains caused by, but not limited to pen marks or lipstick marks.
